Investing in your child’s education is a significant decision, and we’re here to support families in making it manageable. TC Christian offers several tuition assistance options to help you plan with confidence.
Variable Tuition: Tailored to Your Family’s Needs
We believe a Christ-centered education should be within reach for families from all financial backgrounds. Our Variable Tuition program adjusts tuition based on your family’s unique financial situation.
Qualified families can receive up to a 50% discount for their first two children and up to 90% off for their third child and beyond, ensuring that larger families receive additional support. Families who don’t qualify for variable tuition may still benefit from our multi-student discount, reducing tuition for multiple children in kindergarten through twelfth grade.

Flexible Payment Plans
We provide several ways to structure tuition payments:
- Full Payment: Pay in full and receive a 2% discount
- Semi-Annual Payments: Two payments per year with a 1% discount
- Monthly Plan: Spread tuition over 12 months for predictable budgeting ($50 one-time sign-up fee per enrollment)

Additional Fees
At TC Christian, tuition covers more than just classroom learning — it provides a well-rounded educational experience that supports your child’s academic, spiritual, and personal growth.
With our consolidated Enrichment Fee, families no longer have to worry about extra costs throughout the year. The following is included:
- Educational Experiences & Field Trips: Hands-on learning beyond the classroom
- Standardized Testing Fees: No surprise costs for assessments
- Student Life Activities: Social events that build friendships and community

Tuition already covers the cost of 1:1 student devices (starting in grade 6). - Athletic Event Admission
Students do not pay fees for TCCS regular-season athletic events.

We have generous donors who help make Christian education accessible for families. All K-12 students are eligible to apply for variable tuition through our online FACTS platform. FACTS professionals review each application, considering financial need, and determine how much aid a family may receive — up to 50% of tuition. Families will receive their variable tuition decision via email. If you’d like more details on the process, our admissions team is happy to help. While we strive to support as many families as possible, tuition assistance is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Our budget is generous but not unlimited, so we encourage families to apply as early as possible.
Tuition assistance is available for students in kindergarten through 12th grade. At this time, it is not available for preschool students.
No. The admissions process is completely separate from tuition assistance decisions. Your child’s acceptance to TC Christian is not influenced by whether or not your family applies for financial aid.
Yes. Once your monthly payment plan is set up, your agreed-upon tuition amount will be due in one installment each month on the scheduled date in your plan — just like a typical monthly billing cycle.
Yes. TC Christian charges a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $100 per student, with a maximum of $300 per family.
