Scope of the Position
The Director of Athletics provides spiritual, strategic, and operational leadership for the athletic program. This individual:

- Works cooperatively with school administration to implement all policies, procedures, and directives governing school operations.

Qualifications
- A Christian educational and spiritual leader who understands and embraces a biblical perspective on education and fully supports the school’s statement of faith.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in athletic administration or coaching.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Traverse City Christian School is looking for a certified middle school ELA teacher to work with middle school students for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a valid teaching certification. This teacher should possess a genuine love for God, students, and the mission of Traverse City Christian School. Traverse City Christian School is looking for a certified math interventionist teacher to work with elementary school students for the 2026-2027 school year. This teacher will have a genuine love for God, students, and the mission of Traverse City Christian School. Responsibilities include cooperating with classroom teachers to supply intervention to individuals and small groups of children using adopted intervention programs as well as writing individualized math progress reports for identified students. The ideal candidate would have a Bachelors degree, valid Michigan Teaching Certificate, and experience in math instruction/tutoring.
