Senior Blessings Night

On Tuesday evening, faculty and families from TC Christian gathered at Bayview Church to celebrate Senior Blessings Night, a cherished tradition at TCCS. Each member of the high school faculty writes a personal blessing for a graduating Senior who holds a special place in their heart. The blessings are often humorous, yet always poignant and deeply moving. On the big night, each graduate is introduced by a close friend or family member and takes a seat on stage, unaware of which teacher will be blessing them. In front of the assembled crowd, the teacher and student sit together as the faculty member takes a heartfelt trip down memory lane, highlights the student’s unique strengths, offers encouragement for the future, and speaks a personal blessing over their life. It is a truly beautiful evening, and an abundance of Kleenex is always on hand
