Payment Plan Options
Pay in Full Due July 2022 2% discount if received by July 31st, 2022.
Semi-Annual Payments Due July & December 2022 1% discount if received by July 31st, 2022 and December 31st, 2022.
Monthly Payments 12 monthly payments starting July 2022 $50 annual fee to enroll in monthly payment plan.
Additional Fees
New Student Application Fee $100/Student
$300 Family Max
Applied to tuition if received before May 15th, 2022.
Incidental Fees
All additional fees (i.e. field trips, Winterm, athletic fees, etc.) will be billed in FACTS under the “incidental billing” category. Incidental billing may be paid by selecting “auto pay”, or by logging into FACTS to pay. All charges over 30 days past due are subject to late fees. Lunches are prepaid and a positive balance should be maintained in the student’s lunch account.
Past Due Balances
Families with unpaid balances from the previous school year will not be permitted to return the next school year without the consent of the Finance Committee.
Variable Tuition Information
Variable Tuition Application (FACTS Grant & Aid) $35/Family Priority deadline: March 31st, 2022
$50/Family Late application deadline: May 15th, 2022

Parents may apply for Variable Tuition through TCCS’s outside service provider, FACTS. The Priority Deadline for Variable Tuition application is March 31st. The Late Application Deadline to be considered for Variable Tuition is May 15th. Variable Tuition applications received after the deadline will be special consideration pending available funds. A family may receive a wait-list designation meaning they will be considered for Variable Tuition if additional funding becomes available. It is important to submit your Variable Tuition application as early as possible to ensure consideration. If you are not able to complete your tax return by the deadline, you are still encouraged to submit your application. Any Variable Tuition award will be pending FACTS verification once a tax return is submitted. All tax returns should be submitted no later than the May 15th deadline unless approved by the Business Office.

Variable Tuition award notices will be sent out approximately 2 weeks after the March 31st and May 15th deadlines.

Large Family Scholarship

At TCCS, our purpose is to glorify God, partner with parents and equip students to transform the  world for Jesus Christ. We realize that Christian education comes at a cost and because we  want as many families as possible to be able to afford to send their students, we offer support  through our Variable Tuition program.

Despite that help, large families can often find the cost of tuition daunting. Thankfully, we now  have a solution. Thanks to a generous donor, we are able to offer an additional scholarship for  families with three or more students. This scholarship is available to those who qualify for more  than 25% of Variable Tuition and is for families with three or more students at TC Christian. It  effectively scholarships 90% of the tuition for those ‘third and beyond’ students attending the  school. What all of that means to you is an additional grant on top of the Variable Tuition grant  you already enjoy.’

Multi-Student Grant

A multi-student grant is available to families with 3 or more students who are not a part of the  Variable Tuition program. The grant is 20% off tuition for child 3 and beyond. As an option for  your family, if your family is in a financial position where this grant is not needed, we would  welcome your donation of this amount to the school by forgoing the grant and it will be noted on  your donation report. 

After-School Child Care Program

After-School Childcare will be available for 4 years old- 5th grade. The hours of operation will be  from 3:00 to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. 

Enrollment Fee 

When enrolling a child in this program there is a one- time fee of $30.00 per family. 

Tuition Fee 

The cost for care is $5.00 per hour. Charges are invoiced through FACTS and payment is  expected on receipt of invoice. It is preferred that payments be made through FACTS as  payments made in the office may result in a delay in processing. There is a $30.00 returned  check fee.  

Late Fee 

After-Care ends each day at 5:30 sharp. After 5:30 you will be charged $1.00 per minute. This  is non-negotiable.

Service Hour Program

The service hours required during the school year are 28 per family or 14 for single parents.  This serves two purposes; it helps the school provide a quality program and it allows the parents  to become involved in their student’s school experience. The hours should be filled serving the  school system, Athletic Boosters, or the Elementary PTO. All hours below this requirement shall  be billed at $20 per hour. 

Refund Policy

Tuition will be refunded based on the length of time the student has attended. Two-thirds of the  tuition for the year will be refunded if the student leaves before the end of the first mid marking  period report. One half of the tuition for the year will be refunded if the student leaves by the end  of the first semester. None of the tuition will be refunded if the student leaves in the third or  fourth marking period.

Variable Tuition applications are considered on a rolling basis. Awards are communicated to applicants within 2 weeks of the time that our vendor receives the Variable Tuition application and supporting documents. Application for Enrollment must be submitted (but not completed) in order for Variable Tuition determinations to be shared with prospective families.
